1. Who we are

Mediasphere is a content marketing agency based in Bucharest, Romania. “Mediasphere” is the trading name of MUREȘAN O. ANDREI PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ, a Romanian sole trader registered with the Romanian Trade Registry under No. F40/1944/2022, European Unique Identifier (EUID) ROONRC.F40/1944/2022, sole registration code (CUI) 46088338, with its professional seat at B-dul Mărășești No. 2B, Block D, Staircase 1, Floor 3, Apartment 6, Sector 4, Bucharest, Romania.

2. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the website. By using it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

We provide services only under a written agreement signed by both parties, such as a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work. That agreement, not these terms, governs the services, including scope, fees, payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, termination, and how disputes are resolved. If anything in these terms conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

3. Our services are for businesses

We work with businesses and professionals, not consumers. When you contact us about our services, book a call, or request a proposal, you confirm that you are acting for business or professional purposes.

4. Information and prices on the website

Service descriptions, package details, prices, and examples on the website are general information and an invitation to start a conversation. They are not a binding offer. We can change them at any time. A commitment exists only once both parties sign an agreement, and the prices and terms in that agreement are the ones that apply.

5. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• try to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or any connected systems
• interfere with how the website works, including by introducing malware or overloading it
• copy large parts of the website, or collect its content with automated tools, without our written permission
• use the website to send spam or to break any law

6. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, articles, graphics, logos, design, and code, belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by intellectual property law.

You're welcome to read and share our content, link to any page, and quote short passages as long as you credit Mediasphere and link to the source. Any other use, such as republishing full articles or using our name or logo, needs our written permission.

Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in the signed agreement for that engagement.

7. Articles and insights

Our articles reflect our views at the time of publishing and are meant for general information. They are not legal, financial, or other professional advice for your situation. We work to keep them accurate, but we can't guarantee that every article is complete or current.

8. Links and third party tools

The website links to other websites and uses third party tools, such as Cal.com for booking calls. We don't control those websites or tools and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

9. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including when you contact us, book a call, or subscribe to our newsletter. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies we use and how to manage your choices.

10. Availability and liability

We provide the website as it is and as available. We may update, change, or suspend any part of it at any time, and we don't promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent Romanian law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability related to our services is governed only by the signed agreement for that engagement.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms and your use of the website are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute about them will be resolved by the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania. Disputes about our services are resolved as set out in the signed agreement for that engagement.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date at the top, and the current version is always available at mediasphere.digital/terms. Changes to these terms never change a signed agreement.
