1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of mediasphere.digital (the "website") and any services provided by Mediasphere, a content marketing agency based in Bucharest, Romania. By accessing the website or engaging our services you accept these terms.

2. Services

Mediasphere provides content marketing, SEO/GEO/AEO, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees of any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement (statement of work or service contract) signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Mediasphere unless otherwise indicated. Client work product is governed by the relevant statement of work, which typically transfers ownership upon final payment.

4. Payments

Fees, payment schedules, and late-payment terms are defined in the relevant statement of work. Invoices are issued in EUR or USD per the agreement and are due within the period stated on the invoice.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat any non-public information shared in the course of an engagement as confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering or receiving services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Romanian law, Mediasphere's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice period stated in the statement of work. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at /terms.
